Having grown up in the flooring industry, Jason Cione, president, has over 20 years experience in the multi-family segment. Jason says that working with his father, also a business partner and a true mentor, was a great experience. "My dad saw to it that I worked my way from the ground up… and he started with my paycheck,” Jason explains. “Because I wasn’t making much money, I learned to value what I had, how to really enjoy life."
