A 1991 graduate of Florida State University, Graham began his career with Marriott hotels. He transitioned into the flooring industry and spent eight years with a major hard surfaces manufactuer as a regional builder manager. From there, Graham became a regional builder manager for a well-known window company, where he worked for two years. He joined FloorExpo in 2004.
