As President of FloorExpo, Jay has a passion for helping FloorExpo Members grow their businesses profitably and stay the leaders in their markets. Prior to joining FloorExpo in 2000, Jay held leadership positions in management, marketing, and sales management with Mohawk Industries and the DuPont Company. He has broad experience in the residential, commercial and builder segments. Jay graduated from the University of Georgia with a business degree, with a concentration in marketing. Jay is married to Celeste and they have two beautiful little girls: Georgia and Brynn.
